KETOLUXE AND WELLNESS WIZARDS CHANGE TO LOW CARB REVOLUTION
Business partners and wives Chef Alexa and Samantha Lemley announce that KetoLuxe and Wellness Wizards are now Low Carb Revolution. While KetoLuxe focused on foods and staples that met the ketogenic (or keto) way of eating, Low Carb Revolution includes the fare that serves a wider group of people. All items are sugar free, grain free, and all natural.
Watch for expanded offerings with meals being offered up to 100 units of carbohydrates (also know as “carbs”). Staple items including Chef Alexa’s Caramel Sauce and other shelf-stable items are being added daily. Low Carb Revolution also offers new nutrition and personal training coaching that were on the Wellness Wizards site. Visit www.LowCarb-Revolution.com to see the offerings.
Shares Samantha, “When we started going out to sales events with KetoLuxe products, we met people from across the country who let us know that they eat low carb. We heard from them that they were reclaiming their health through food. Many were off prescription medications to manage diabetes and cholesterol. Actually, most of them weren’t eating keto, but they were attracted to our booth because they knew it meant we would have low carb fare. Before too long, we realized that there is a health movement going on in the USA: The Low Carb Revolution.”
In 2018, Chef Alexa and Samantha, owners of Low Carb Revolution had to make a big change. Samanth was diagnosed with severe Type 2 Diabetes. Shares Samantha, “The diagnosis was the impetus for us to take a look at our lives and diet to see what we could do. Cutting out refined sugar was the first thing. We knew that we would be changing what we ate and how we exercised to combat diabetes. Together, we’ve lost over 175 pounds and a lot of inches while gaining strength, stamina, and energy. I was able to go off insulin and other diabetes medication in just two months. My doctor let us know she had never taken anyone off medication who had this diagnosis. We made her day!”

About Executive Chef Alexa
Shares Chef Alexa, “My best non-scale victory is that I triumphed over breast cancer. Luckily for me, weight loss led to its detection. The doctors and oncology staff that treated me often remarked on the few negative side effects I experienced and my positive attitude. I credit my low carb lifestyle and exercise program with helping me battle it and win.”
Executive Chef Alexa Lemley is the third generation to run a family food business. She learned the love of good food while working with her parents at Lemleys’ Catering/Sap’s Buffeteria in Columbus, Indiana. As a teenager working in the catering business, she met her wife and business partner Samantha. We now own and operate Artisan Foodworks catering and Low Carb Revolution.
In 2007, Chef Alexa began making 240sweet gourmet marshmallows. Chef Alexa's sweets have been featured in Martha Stewart Weddings, O (the Oprah Magazine), Food & Wine Magazine, Serious Eats, Daily Candy, and many other publications. She was voted “Best Food Artisan” two years in a row by the readers of Edible Indy magazine for her marshmallows. Tasting Table declared that “240sweet takes the marshmallow to new dimensions.” As an Indiana Artisan, Chef Alexa’s confections are considered the best of the best in the Hoosier state.
In 2018, Chef Alexa created KetoLuxe foods and confections.
