INGREDIENTS
2 cups extra fine almond flour
1/3 cup granulated erythritol
6 tablespoons butter, melted
1 teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 
  2. In a stand mixer, blend together all ingredients until smooth and combined.
  3. Pat evenly into a tart or spring form pan.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes.
  5. Let cool on a rack.
