When I started cooking keto, I wanted to combine two of my favorite things: avocados and butter. Both are keto friendly staples. Full of good fats, these ingredients can take a recipe from okay to luxurious. I find Avocado Butter to be the perfect accompaniment for seafood. Try it on Grilled Oysters.

Less than 5 minutes
1 ripe large avocado, peeled and seeded
½ cup Handmade Butter
2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
4 shakes hot sauce
- Add all ingredients to food processor.
- Pulse until smooth.
- Use immediately or refrigerate until needed.
When I’m making this to use later, I like to form the Avocado Butter into a log and roll in plastic wrap. That makes it easier to slice into portions.
