1 pound bacon slices

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F .
  2. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Place baking rack in pan.
  4. Arrange bacon in a single layer, not touching.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes or until crispy.
  6. Remove from oven and gently pat down with paper towels.
  7. Serve immediately or place in storage container for up to 3 days.
