Sugar free, gluten free, and soy free, this low carb recipe for Cranberry Sauce should be a keto staple for year-round dining.
Some people think that cranberry sauce is just for plain turkey. I find that it goes even better with a Hot Brown make with left over Butter Rubbed Turkey. The bite of this sauce balances the heaviness of a cream sauce.

Less than 5 minutes
1 12-ounce bag fresh cranberries
1 cup KetoLuxe Allulose
1 cup water
1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Zest of 1 orange
- Put all ingredients in medium sauce pan.
- Cook over medium heat, bringing to a boil, until cranberries burst.
- Serve warm with turkey or other meat entrée
If you prefer, serve Cranberry Sauce cold.
