DESCRIPTION
Dark Chocolate Ganache is my go-to topping for chocolate cakes and baked goods. I use it for both work and personal desserts. Because it is simple, elegant, and delicious, I love using it. I would cover the world in it if I could.

The main ingredient for a basic ganache is chocolate. Since I’ve generally used semi-sweet chocolate in my recipes, I knew that I could make it keto friendly. INGREDIENTS
1 cup heavy whipping cream
12 ounces KetoLuxe Gourmet Sugar Free Chocolate Chips
2 teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a medium sauce pan, add cream. Bring to a simmer over low heat.
  2. Remove sauce pan from heat.
  3. Add in chocolate and let sit for 1 minute. Do not stir.
  4. Whisk until thick and glossy.
  5. Whisk in vanilla extract until combined.

YIELD
Serves 24

NOTES
Bourbon makes a fun addition to this frosting. Swap it for the vanilla extract.
