KETO BAKED PEPPERONI CHIPS
Last night, Sam and I enjoyed cocktails accompanied by Baked Pepperoni Chips. My easy one-ingredient recipe made a great snack.
Baked Pepperoni Chips
One of the things I like best about pizza is the pepperoni topping. Spicy and salty, the savory flavor zips across my tongue. If I were a pangolin, my external shell would be made of pepperoni. I love it that much.
When I started to eat keto, I was relieved that pepperoni was still on the menu. Then, I discovered Baked Pepperoni Chips and my world improved! Less than 5 minutes
6 ounces thin pepperoni slices
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Line a sheet pan with paper towels.
- Lay pepperoni out in a single layer atop towels.
- Place pan in oven and bake for 8 minutes or until crispy.
- Remove from oven and blot the top of the pepperoni with paper towel.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
