KETO BAKED PEPPERONI CHIPS

Last night, Sam and I enjoyed cocktails accompanied by Baked Pepperoni Chips. My easy one-ingredient recipe made a great snack.

NAME
Baked Pepperoni Chips

DESCRIPTION
One of the things I like best about pizza is the pepperoni topping. Spicy and salty, the savory flavor zips across my tongue. If I were a pangolin, my external shell would be made of pepperoni. I love it that much.

When I started to eat keto, I was relieved that pepperoni was still on the menu. Then, I discovered Baked Pepperoni Chips and my world improved! Even better than a pizza topping, this dish brings back the crunch I was missing. Gluten free, sugar free, and low carb, this recipe is easy and delicious.

Chef Alexa loves her Baked Pepperoni Mix so much that she included it in her KetoLuxe Snack Mix.

Last night, I made this for Sam and me to enjoy with cocktails on the deck. It took less than 10 minutes in the convection oven and didn’t even heat up the house. We just ate them straight from the bowl. You can also use this as a canape base or in Pizza Snack Mix.
