Crudités with Ranch Dip

What better way to enjoy the summer’s bounty of fresh vegetables than with Crudités with Ranch Dip? For my Artisan Foodworks catering customers, I often serve a classic fresh vegetable platter to showcase the flavors of local vegetables. I must admit that it is a staple appetizer at my personal events, too.

Especially with the keto way of eating, raw vegetables and dip are an important part of a healthy celebration. The tasty combination of fat, nutrients, and fiber help keep us fit and satisfied. The only problem with our old way of making Crudités with Ranch Dip is that many of the dips contain fillers and stabilizers. Sugars, guar gum, and other fillers just don’t fit into it. That’s why I created my KetoLuxe Ranch Seasoning Blend (the secret ingredient in this dish) to be free from them and to be soy free, gluten free, and grain free.

I like to visit the local farmer’s market to pick up vegetables for my Crudités with Ranch Dip. That way, I know they have the most vitamins and best flavor. You should do this, too. 1 pint natural sour cream
4 ounces KetoLuxe Ranch Seasoning Blend
1 pound fresh broccoli, cut into florets
1 pound fresh peppers, cut into strips
1 pound fresh green beans, ends cut off
1 pound fresh tomatoes, cut into wedges
Fresh dill flowers for garnish, if desired


  1. In a small bowl, stir together sour cream and KetoLuxe Ranch Seasoning Blend until well mixed.
  2. Arrange all vegetables on a medium serving platter and add bowl of ranch dip.
  3. Garnish with fresh dill flowers, if desired.
  4. Serve immediately.

Prefer my Homemade Mayo to sour cream? You can substitute it completely or do half and half.

You can use your favorite vegetables. I chose the ones in this recipe because of the colors.

Make this in advance and store in the refrigerator for up to three days.
