KETORITOS CAULIFLOWER
Make KetoRitos Cauliflower when the munchies strike
NAME
KetoRitos Cauliflower
DESCRIPTION
I love Doritos. Sam loves Doritos. The Mother LOVES Doritos. I don’t know a chef who doesn’t. But they don’t fit into our KetoLuxe way of eating. I had to make a solution for when the craving for spicy umami hits. First, I created KetoRitos Nachos. Those were good. I felt the need to make it seem healthier. Cauliflower is always a good low carb choice. Then, my friends at Maple Leaf Farm sent decadent duck fat for me to play with. KetoRitos Cauliflower was born.
Chef Alexa cuts the core of out first to make florets for KetoRitos Cauliflower.
Make KetoRitos Cauliflower for a fun snack on movie night. Or serve alongside some fried mortadella to class up a quick meal.
