KETO PRAIRIE FARMS ALFREDO SAUCE
My Keto Prairie Farms Alfredo Sauce recipe is fool-proof and delicious.
At catering events, clients and guests marvel at my silky Alfredo Sauce that never breaks. Full of flavor and all the goodness, my dishes made with it are always beautiful and tasty. Cream cheese is the chef’s secret that keeps it from breaking.
Eating keto, I found that Alfredo Sauce is a good way to get in those fats with no noodles needed. Really, the noodles don’t provide any flavor, because they are a vehicle for eating more sauce. That’s what spoons are for! My recipe for Alfredo Sauce is naturally gluten free, grain free, and low carb. Thanks to Prairie Farms dairy products, it tastes extra good.
Chef Alexa's secret to making an Alfredo Sauce that won't break? Use Prairie Farms Cream Cheese.
At the upcoming #ColumbusINKeto #KetoPotluck, the gift bags will have coupons for free cream cheese thanks to Prairie Farms. I hope everyone uses it to make this Alfredo Sauce that can be served over chicken breasts or broccoli. It can even be made in advance and kept in the freezer to be pulled out for a quick meal. Having good food that can be made in advance? That’s KetoLuxe.

Want to lower the macros? Cut the portion size in half.
Sometimes, I add equal parts Marvelous Marinara to make a Parma Rosa sauce. This cuts the carbs and calories without cutting the portion size of half a cup.
