    Especially with the keto way of eating, raw vegetables and dip are an important part of a healthy celebration. The tasty combination of fat, nutrients, and fiber help keep us fit and satisfied. The only problem with our old way of making Crudités with Ranch Dip is that many of the dips contain fillers and stabilizers. Sugars, guar gum, and other fillers just don’t fit into it. That’s why I created my KetoLuxe Ranch Seasoning Blend (the secret ingredient in this dish) to be free from them and to be soy free, gluten free, and grain free.
