To make it KetoLuxe, I made some simple swaps to her original Buffalo Chicken Dip recipe and presentation. I changed it from having chicken breasts to thighs to up the fat content. I use my own Really Ranch Dressing (recipe to come soon) so that I know there aren’t any hidden carbs lurking about. I accompany it with fresh vegetables like celery and cucumbers along with pork rinds for dipping (not today, chips).
