When I started eating keto, I gave up bread and pasta. I missed the crunch of croutons and garlic bread with salads and pasta. Since Parmesan adds so much to a recipe, I began experimenting with it to create a Crunchy Parmesan Bowl. It took me a couple of tries to perfect my gluten free, low carb recipe. Once I discovered that soup cups are the perfect size, I was set to enjoy salad and pasta again.
