KETO LEMON ALMOND CAKE
This keto recipe for cake is gluten free, sugar free, and low carb. Lemon Almond Cake is also DE-LISH-USS. I am not kidding. Make it the next time you feel the need to cook. -
PAVLOVA RECIPE
With the KetoLuxe version, you can also amaze your guests anytime of the year with light dessert. They won’t believe you didn’t have to practice for years to make this sugar free, low carb, soy free, dessert recipe. -
MAC(ADAMIAS) AND CHEESE
Macaroni and cheese is the ultimate comfort food. It warms your soul on cold, rainy days. It sticks to your ribs and puts a smile on your face. But it is by no stetch of the imagination keto.

BROCCOLI AND POMEGRANATE SALAD
Not unlike Persephone, Sam and I find pomegranate seeds incredibly tempting. When my wife was diagnosed with severe Type 2 Diabetes, we thought that going keto would leave us out in the cold regarding one of our favorite fruits. Turns out, pomegranate seeds contain antioxidants that lower blood glucose levels and reduce bad cholesterol. -
KETO BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP
To make it KetoLuxe, I made some simple swaps to her original Buffalo Chicken Dip recipe and presentation. I changed it from having chicken breasts to thighs to up the fat content. I use my own Really Ranch Dressing (recipe to come soon) so that I know there aren’t any hidden carbs lurking about. I accompany it with fresh vegetables like celery and cucumbers along with pork rinds for dipping (not today, chips). -
KETO CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE DOUGH FAT BOMBS
One of the things I’ve been missing since eating keto has been cookie dough. Just like the Super Bowl, the best part of a cookie is the Halftime Spectacular (aka dough). That makes Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Fat Bombs a touchdown for my KetoLuxe Super Bowl Spread. Gluten free, sugar free, and low carb, the best part of the cookie wins! -
KETO CREAMY CRAB DIP
In these days of keto living, we’re watching our portions and limiting our carbs. So, a yummy dish like Creamy Crab Dip is reserved for when there’s company coming. I serve it with Toasted Mug Bread and pork rinds to keep the carbs low. I find it I enjoy it more, because it is a special treat of summer flavors combined with the warmth of winter comfort food. Sharing with friends makes it taste even better. -
KETO BRUSSELS SPROUT LOLLIPOPS
Super Bowl is coming up. While I’m not a fan of football, I enjoy a good halftime show and pork themed appetizer buffet. Bring on the party! Woot! Woot! I invented Brussels Sprout Lollipops with KetoLuxe Bacon Bourbon Jam as fun, keto snack to take some of the guilt out of over consumption. Low carb vegetables stuffed with bacon and cheese are healthy, right? Adding a stick makes it fun. -
LEMON GLAZED BLUEBERRY BREAD
When I read about keto breakfast online, I find that many people get tired of just eating eggs. Me too! My recipe for Lemon Glazed Blueberry Bread includes eggs—but they are not the stars of this meal. The ensemble cast of fresh blueberries, lemon zest, and icing come together to make brunch shine. Easy to make, nutritious, gluten free, sugar free, and low carb, this bread fits the definition of KetoLuxe. -
LEMON ICING
There’s a reason for the phrase “the icing on the cake.” Icing makes a good thing like cake or bread even better. When that icing doesn’t have refined sugar, it is even better. Use my keto icing on Blueberry Bread, cinnamon rolls, pound cake, or any sweet dessert that just needs a finishing touch. -
BURRATA PIZZA
Growing up, pizza meant shredded mozzarella, sausage, and marinara atop a flour crust. Now that I’m an adult who eats keto, I’ve started exploring other options. When I discovered the beauty of scrumptious, creamy burrata served melty atop a crisp pizza crust, I saw lasers shooting from the eyes of kittens frolicking like on Sam’s favorite leggings. I still had to perfect Luxe Dough to make Burrata Pizza burst with sunshine in my heart. When I did, this Gluten free, sugar, free, and low carb recipe made me quiver with happiness. The addition of garlic cloves and fresh basil to top the marinara make it extra special. -
KOREAN SPINACH
Now that we eat keto, Sam and I haven’t been to have any Korean barbecue. There’s much sugar and rice for us to indulge. I still crave the umami filled meatiness and miss the karaoke. Perhaps, it is the fact that someone preps and cleans up that also makes my heart long for the experience. I created this keto Korean Spinach recipe for a taste of the barbecue. Sugar free, gluten free, and low carb, this feeds the soul and the tummy.
