So, I had to have keto pizza. When I first started the keto way of life, I tried out all sorts of gluten free recipes. Pork rind, cauliflower, cheese-based dough, and many other low carb crusts left me hungry for the real thing. Then I discovered meatza. My version includes succulent sausage topped with Marvelous Marinara and melty mozzarella fills that me with happiness. All my favorite parts of the pizza without a soggy crust satisfies my cravings. Friends who eat paleo love it.
For Fat Tuesday, one of my regular catering customers requested jambalaya. Since I knew Sam would be jealous of them, I made this Cauliflower Jambalaya for her.
