RECIPES

  • KETO VANILLA BEAN ICE CREAM WITH DRY ICE

With an hour, I was making Vanilla Bean Ice Cream with Dry Ice on Facebook Live. That’s right! We don’t mess around when it comes to ice cream and the opportunity to try something new. Instead of cane sugar, I use KetoLuxe Allulose in my recipe. There is no need to sacrifice taste for your waist.
  • KETO CRUDITES WITH RANCH DIP

Especially with the keto way of eating, raw vegetables and dip are an important part of a healthy celebration. The tasty combination of fat, nutrients, and fiber help keep us fit and satisfied. The only problem with our old way of making Crudités with Ranch Dip is that many of the dips contain fillers and stabilizers. Sugars, guar gum, and other fillers just don’t fit into it. That’s why I created my KetoLuxe Ranch Seasoning Blend (the secret ingredient in this dish) to be free from them and to be soy free, gluten free, and grain free.
  • KETO SUMMER SALAD WITH MINT

For low carb and keto cooking, fresh herbs can transform a recipe from good to fabulous. There’s nothing like the flavor of them. My Summer Salad with Mint uses local produce and simple ingredients to be deliciously sugar free and gluten free. While it could be made in the winter, tomatoes and cucumber taste best when farm fresh (at least, here in Indiana).
  • KETO FROZEN HOT CHOCOLATE

To many that eat keto, Frozen Hot Chocolate may seem like an off-limits treat. Nope! I use my KetoLuxe Haute Chocolate Mix and heavy whipping cream for a tasty summertime treat. I top it with my Vanilla Whipped Cream and sip away. I love that it is sugar free, gluten free, and low carb.
  • KETO SWEET AND TANGY BARBECUE SAUCE

From KetoLuxe fans, I often hear how they’ve been missing the taste of barbecue sauce. That’s why I created my Sweet and Tangy Barbecue Sauce. At events and online, it sells out quickly. People love it! That’s why I’m sharing my sugar free, gluten free, and low carb home version recipe with you.
  • KETO LEMON SHAKE UPS

When I started eating keto, I thought my days of Lemon Shake Ups were a summer memory. But no! Using KetoLuxe Allulose makes all the difference in having a delicious, not too tart and not too sweet beverage. I can drink these sugar-free taste bud treats all day long.
  • KETO CREME BRULEE

When we started eating keto, I thought I might never enjoy Crème Brulee again. Luckily, I discovered KetoLuxe Allulose. A non-glycemic impacting sweetener, allulose makes the perfect topping to brulee. My recipe is low carb, sugar free, gluten free, and grain free.
  • KETO CORNBREAD MUFFINS

Now, eating keto doesn’t lend itself to indulging in corn-based foods (or those beans that Sam grew up eating). I perfected my chili, cabbage, and barbecue (Sam is living without her pinto beans) but found my sweetie was really missing her favorite bread. So what’s someone who loves someone who loves cornbread to do? After much experimentation, I created my own recipe that is grain free, sugar free, and low carb. It is so good that I created KetoLuxe Cornbread Muffin Mix, too.
  • KETO LEMON HERB RICED CAULIFLOWER

However, I’m not one of those people to be satisfied with a pale substitution. That’s one of the reasons I’ve held off on sharing a cauliflower rice recipe. Cauliflower is neither rice nor potatoes. Cauliflower deserves to be recognized for its own merits: high in vitamins, low in carbs, sugar free, gluten free, full of fiber, and versatile. My Lemon Herb Riced Cauliflower recipe is a side dish that doesn’t pretend to be something else because it doesn’t need to.
  • KETO LEMON CURD

When we started eating keto, many of her favorite things were no longer an option for me to prepare for her. What’s a chef to do? I quickly came up with my own recipe for Keto Lemon Curd. Thanks to KetoLuxe Allulose, I was able to keep Sam happy with her favorite flavor and scent. My recipe is sugar free, grain free, and low carb
  • KETO BERRY CLOUD

My sugar free, gluten free, low carb Berry Cloud recipe will have you singing, too. This keto recipe is really a fat bomb. And pretty darned tasty, too.
  • KETO DEVILED EGGS

When we started eating keto, Sam hoped that she would never lay eyes on another Deviled Egg. The joke was on her! Ha. Ha. Ha. These babies are sugar free, gluten free, and low carb. The perfect food!
